33pok Terms & Conditions

01 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 33pok platform and its users. By using the 33pok website and any associated services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

33pok is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services to players in Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring a safe and transparent gaming experience.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on 33pok and use any of its services. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information or concealing your identity will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

03 Account Management

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Account Verification

33pok may request identity verification from a user at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit an ID or other relevant documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.

Account Suspension or Closure

In the event of a Terms violation, or if fraud or misconduct is suspected, 33pok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 33pok:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳300
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳300
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet) — minimum deposit ৳300
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳300

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Funds deposited into the account may only be used for legitimate gaming activities. 33pok reserves the right to hold payments on suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

33pok offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳16,000 gives a bonus of ৳15,000 (the maximum limit), making the total balance ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies only to the account that meets the eligibility criteria for that bonus.
• Multiple members of the same household may not use the same bonus offer.
• 33pok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account in question will be subject to investigation.
• Each promotion has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the period expires.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Policy

Any bet or game completed on 33pok is considered final. If a technical error produces an abnormal result, 33pok reserves the right to void that bet and return the funds.

Fair Play Guarantee

All games available on our platform come from certified third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe. These providers use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on a range of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.

07 Responsible Gaming

33pok firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income. We give players the option to set deposit limits, spending limits, and session limits for themselves.

• Do not increase your bets to chase losses.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33pok platform:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or artificially manipulate any game or betting software.
• Using another user's information or committing identity theft.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor or playing in their name.

09 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 33pok website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 33pok or its licensors. Reproducing, modifying, or commercially using these materials in any way without our written permission is prohibited.

The names, logos, and game titles of third-party game providers are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

33pok works to keep its platform services uninterrupted and error-free, but we are not liable for any losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or disruptions to third-party services.

• 33pok is not liable if a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection.
• 33pok is not liable for delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• 33pok is not liable for any misuse of a user's own account credentials.
